Issue with Chipless Firmware on XP-15000 Printer
Problem Description
After installing and activating the chipless firmware on my XP-15000 printer, I started receiving a 031002 error code indicating a print head overheat issue. The printer was functioning fine before the firmware activation. I had printed a nozzle check to verify the firmware version update prior to activation, and the error only occurred after activation.
Seeking Solutions
I am reaching out to inquire if anyone else has encountered this issue and if there is a known fix for it. It is crucial to use the correct NW07K7 version of the firmware to ensure proper functionality.
