Firmware Upgrade Issue with License.exe​

Communication Error 10013​

Hello,

I just did the Firmware upgrade and it looked like it finished successfully, but when I tried to do the License.exe, I get a Communication failed error with a 10013 code.

Possible Firewall Issue​

I do have Norton installed. Is this a firewall issue? It's very difficult to disable it.

Printer Recognition Issue​

The tool sees the printer. I too am getting the 0xEA error and I have cleaned the counter belt.

Request for Assistance​

Please advise.

Alternate Solution​

Try on other PC without antivirus.
