I am having an issue with my Epson XP245 printer and I need some help. I have been receiving an error message saying that the ink pad is full and I need to reset it using the Adjustment Program. However, I am not sure where to find this program or how to use it. Can anyone provide me with some guidance or tips on how to reset the ink pad on my Epson XP245 printer?
