I recently purchased an Epson XP-316 printer and I am having trouble resetting the counter for the ink levels. I have tried following the instructions online but it doesn't seem to be working. Can anyone offer some advice or guidance on how to successfully reset the counter for this printer model? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
