I recently purchased a L382 resetter for my Windows 10 laptop, but I am having some trouble getting it set up correctly. I have followed all the instructions, but it still seems to not be working properly. Has anyone else had experience with this particular model on Windows 10? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
