Troubleshooting Steps
According to the screenshot, the carriage cannot move. Try starting the printer without CISS to see if it clears the error. Check all possible causes from the error description.I don't think the CISS installation during the unlock process is causing the issue, as the carriage was moving normally during the firmware update.
