Printer Error 46 – How to Fix It​

Introduction​

Solution A: For Printers with a Number Key Pad​

If your printer has a number keypad, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the printer from the power source.
2. Press the Menu/Set button and Leave the Power button, then Press it again.
3. Next, press the Up Arrow key 10 times until the screen shows Purge: xxxx.
4. Press the number 2783 to reset the purge count.
5. Press the Stop/Exit button to exit the maintenance mode.
