epson WF-R8590 ink pad reset without password

I recently bought an Epson WF-R8590 printer and I need to reset the ink pad, but I don't have the password to do so. Can anyone provide me with a solution or workaround to reset the ink pad without the password? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
