Printer Firmware Issue
Problem Description
Hi,I'm a reseller of printers and I have several Epson c5210 printers currently experiencing issues after the October firmware update. The printers can no longer be recovered.
Recovery Attempt
I have tried to access the printer firmware update mode, re-update the firmware to the Chipless version, and recover the chipless using the recovery code. However, I encountered the following error:Request for Firmware Update

My order is 16977111 and I have previously purchased activation keys for various printers. However, the keys used for WF-C5290 are no longer working after the firmware update. Installation Process
Upload the firmware to the printer in normal mode. Do not enter Program Update mode. The uploading process may get stuck at 70-80%, which is normal. Stop the updater process in the task manager. The printer will blink for a few minutes and then power off. Turn the printer back on, and the chipless firmware should be installed.Follow-Up Inquiry
