I have recently acquired 5 licenses, used 4 successfully, but encounter an error message when trying to activate the last one, prompting me to verify the USB port, firewall, and internet connection.</p><p></p><p>Please see the attached order details with the error screenshot clearly visible. I have tried various troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling drivers from Epson.com and resetting the WiFi connection.</p><p></p><p>Key Verification</p><p></p><p>Please provide the first 5 letters of the key you are currently using so we can verify it. Thank you, John.</p><p></p><p>Key: B8FXB-9</p><p>This key has been used on a different printer model (XP235) on September 7, 2020.
