Troubleshooting Issue with License Program Activation​

Issue Description​

I have reviewed and followed requisite steps and troubleshooting suggestions on the guide below. I downgraded the printer to the required software successfully on my Mac. However, running the license program freezes when I click the activate online button. I am operating on Windows 11 Pro mini-PC with an XP-4100 printer connected via USB.

Seeking Assistance​

Any help would be appreciated.

Possible Solutions​

- Try to use other USB ports.
- Replace the USB cable.
- Reboot the PC.
