RE: EPSON XP 15000
I am a newbee to this site and this is my 1st experience with chipless. If the new chipless firmware is showing properly imbedded into the printer, and I was able to see the printer turn off and restart and ultimately the 'installation software' stopped loading at 99%, and then two warnings came up at 99% indicating that the firmware was NOT INSTALLED. Can I buy the license?Best regards to all.
When Firmware Update Process is Complete
When the Firmware Update process is complete, the printer will restart - usually it will take only a few minutes but can continue for 10-20 minutes in some rare cases. If the process hangs or stops at 80-99%, replug the power cable and start the printer manually. Now check the current firmware version (how to check). If the firmware version is NW07K7 - the firmware has been uploaded successfully. You can go to the next step. If not, restart the printer and try once more time.EPSON XP 15000
I am a newbee to this site and this is my 1st experience with chipless installation. After following the instructions to update the firmware version to NW07K7 and activate, I faced a white ink problem. I can't print white ink using AcroRIP 10.3. I also tried to print a test print, but except for white ink, all colors are working fine. Can anyone suggest what the real problem is?Additional Information
- You have to use regular Epson XP15000 printer drivers.- We don't support AcroRIP.
