However, the printer did not automatically restart after the update. It just got stuck. I tried again in normal mode and it completed 100%, but at the end, it showed a failed update. The firmware version I used was FWG241TL_ZZ9Z which was provided by customer service.</p><p></p><h4>Key Registration Error</h4><p></p><p>I also attempted to run the no ink updater, but it said the key was not registered. I noticed that the key should be 12 digits according to the picture, but the customer service provided me with a 20-digit key. This has left me confused and frustrated with the system you guys offer. </p><p></p><h4>Solution Needed</h4><p></p><p>I need a solution to resolve these issues. It is possible that I am trying to use an old version of the firmware with the wrong key for license.exe. I would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on how to correctly update and activate the chipless firmware.
