I recently purchased a Pantum printer and have been experiencing a recurring issue with it displaying a no cartridge error message, even though I have installed the cartridge correctly. I have tried troubleshooting by reinserting the cartridge, cleaning the contacts, and updating the printer's software, but the issue still persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem with their Pantum printer? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
