License.exe is indicating a communication error with code 10089

Issue with License.exe Communication Error​


License.exe is reporting communication failed error 10089. Printer firmware was updated successfully. Firmware is FA24I5. Bought the key online but not being able to activate using license.exe having this same issue happening with two different printers. Order numbers: 20409987 and 20410101.
