I have recently encountered an issue with my Epson L3280 printer where the red light is constantly flashing. I have tried troubleshooting it on my own but have had no luck in resolving the problem. I have heard about the Epson L3280 Adjustment Program that can potentially fix this issue, but I am not sure how to use it or where to find it.
