Drum unit life end 3002 pantum setup

Hello everyone,

I recently encountered an issue with my Pantum printer where it is showing a message saying Drum unit life end 3002. I have tried researching online and following the setup instructions provided by Pantum, but I am still unable to resolve this issue.

Has anyone else experienced this problem before? If so, could you please provide some guidance on how to troubleshoot and fix this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
